This recognition, which certifies fair pay and the existence of solid Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies within WINDTRE, was confirmed in 2024 for the third consecutive year.
In 2024, we added UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification issued by IMQ S.p.A., an Accredia-accredited body, which was confirmed in 2025.
This additional certification demonstrates the implementation of a gender equality management system through the adoption of specific KPIs and concrete interventions in six areas: Culture and strategy, Governance, HR processes, Growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company, Gender-based pay equity, Parental protection and work-life balance. As part of this project, the WINDTRE Group's Gender Equality Policy was drafted and a steering committee was established within the company. This committee has already met and is working to implement and direct the concrete actions contained in the company's Strategic Plan for Gender Equality.
