Wind Tre S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.

Wind Tre S.p.A. declares that it has applied the accessibility principles indicated in Article 3,

paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 82/2022 and has made the website and digital content

accessible, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 – AA level requirements, as per this accessibility

statement.

This accessibility statement applies to: www.windtregroup.it.

Compliance status:

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of UNI CEI EN

301549 due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content:

The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

9.1.3.1 Some information, structures, and relationships have not been programmatically

determined or are not available in text form.

9.2.4.1 There is no mechanism to skip blocks of content repeated on multiple web pages.

9.2.4.6 Some headings and/or labels are missing for topic or purpose descriptions.

9.3.3.2 In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input.

• 9.2.1.1 Some functions cannot be operated through a keyboard interface.

9.4.1.2 In some user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components), name and role are not programmatically determined; states, properties, and values must be settable by program, and notifications of state changes must be available to user agents, including assistive technologies.

9.2.4.3 On some web pages navigable sequentially, where navigation order affects meaning or operation, some focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability.

9.2.4.4 The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from link text combined with context that should be properly defined.

9.1.1.1 Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative serving the same purpose.

9.1.2.3 For some synchronized media, no alternative for time-based media or audio description of prerecorded video content is provided.

9.4.1.1 In content implemented using markup languages, some elements are missing complete start and end tags, are not properly nested, or have duplicate attributes, so all IDs may not be unique unless specifications allow exceptions.

9.1.4.3 The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except as permitted by regulations (e.g., logos).

Any other site modifications will be planned in future corporate function schedules.

Content not accessible due to disproportionate burden:

• The code has some imperfections and validation returns some formal errors. Allocating resources to fix these issues is considered a disproportionate burden, pending adoption of next-generation frameworks. Some content from external sources may not be accessible. This issue is known, and work will be done as soon as possible to provide the best navigation experience for everyone.
