EXTRA MINUTES AND SMS COST
When you finish the minutes for international calls or if you call countries that are not included, you will be charged according to the Call Your Country Super plan with a connection fee of 19 cents and charging applied per 60-second unit. A maximum cost of 23 cents, including the connection charge, will apply for the first minute of conversation with European countries. Charges apply by the second, and are billed to your calling credit. National SMS are charged at 10 cents/SMS. SMS to EU countries are charged at 7 cents/SMS. SMS to non-EU countries are charged at 10 cents/SMS.

Once you've used up your available full speed (4G) GB, you can continue connecting at a reduced speed of 128 kb/s with no extra costs. This restriction will be removed within 48 hours of renewing an option that includes data, or buying another internet option. Actual navigation speed may vary and depends on numerous factors, including: the type of mobile network available in the access location, the level of mobile coverage, the intensity of traffic on the mobile transport and access network, the number of requests on the website visited, the characteristics of the server where the page is hosted, the device, operating system and browser you are using to navigate, the communication protocol and the type of page requested. The internet traffic included in the offer is valid only for connections made under 4G/LTE, HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE or GPRS coverage, with the exception of GSM connections.
The offer is compatible with the Prepaid optionals for calling to and from abroad with the Super Fibra offer. The offer is not compatible with Telefono Incluso.

If you don't have enough credit on the renewal date, the traffic included in the offer will no longer be blocked; to make sure you can keep using the service, you will be able to use your traffic for 1 calendar day in advance, until midnight on the second day, with a 99 cent charge. If your calling credit is still not sufficient the following day, the traffic included will be available for another 4 days at the same cost of 1.99€. The charge does not apply if you have activated the automatic top-up service. The traffic in advance will be provided even if your credit falls to zero after paying for an activation cost or any other periodic cost except for roaming offers. You can use this service more than once a month, and only if all previous charges have been paid in full. Traffic in advance will not be provided for prepaid offers without traffic included. If your calling credit is still not sufficient after the days of advance traffic included, the SIM will remain active for incoming or emergency calls. The cost will be charged the next time you top up, together with the offer renewal or activation cost.
Your calling credit will be used to cover the cost of the option, even if insufficient. The remaining amount will be automatically charged the next time you top-up your phone, for an amount of not over the costs due the previous month.

Service conditions of use and traffic limitations
As set out in the General Contractual Conditions available in full, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend all or part of the service if used improperly or if the customer exceeds reasonable thresholds for personal use. You will receive a notification in advance of any suspension.
The limitations are:
For all offers with Calls and SMS included
1. daily outgoing traffic of 160 call minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS per SIM
2. monthly outgoing traffic per SIM not exceeding 1250 call minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to other operators not exceeding 60% of the total outgoing traffic, and not more than 50% of total traffic to mobile numbers
4. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to a single operator other than WIND not exceeding 40% of the total outgoing traffic, and not more than 30% of total traffic to mobile numbers
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to WIND users not exceeding 80% of total outgoing traffic
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic used for automatic top-up purposes not exceeding two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS
For all offers with unlimited Calls and SMS included
Parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply, and usage will count as personal use of the Service if it meets the following parameters:
