Paolo Lanfranchi has been the Chief Financial Officer of Wind Tre S.p.A. since July 1, 2025.

He began his career in 1992 in France as a process engineer in a petrochemical company. In 1994, he returned to Italy to work in the plant engineering sector at Tecnimont S.p.A. In 1998, he completed a Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi. He then continued his career in consulting, first joining The Boston Consulting Group and later McKinsey at the Milan office.

In 2006, he joined 3Italia as PMO to the Chief Executive Officer. He subsequently became Head of Customer Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital Channels. Since 2010, he has held the position of Head of Management Control (initially at 3Italia and later at Wind3), and since 2020, he has served as Deputy CFO at Wind3.

Paolo Lanfranchi holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He is married and has two children.
